We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States only. This does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO.

3- CURBSIDE DELIVERY

Service includes: Furniture delivery to the curb or end of the driveway
outside the requested delivery address. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package.

We offer same-day delivery to Houston area for the products that display "AVAILABLE FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY" . If these products are ordered by 12pm Monday to Friday, they will be delivered the same day by 10pm. If they are ordered after 12pm, delivery will be the next business day. Same-Day Delivery is not available Saturdays and Sundays.

We also offer 1-7 Days Delivery to specific areas for the products that display "AVAILABLE FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY" .

1 to 7 Business Days: Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Temple, Killeen, Waco, College Station, and Bryan areas & their surroundings

Items with the same day delivery badge are ready for delivery. Items that do not have this badge will be back-ordered from the vendor after your order is received. The delivery date may vary depending on the availability of the products from vendor companies, destination, weather conditions, shipping volumes, and force majeure. Please note that changes in inventory or delivery capacity, as well as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, may delay the delivery of your order.

Damaged Products & Missing Pieces:

Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.
